Your responsibilities
- Serve as Administrator of the Marketing Automation Platform, overseeing data management, automation rules, and CRM integration
- Work with your colleagues on the Global Marketing Team to understand technology needs, ensure adoption and utilization of existing solutions, and integrate across systems
- Oversee overall database health through reporting and hygiene programs aimed at improved deliverability, mailability, and profile completeness
- Implement and optimize CRM and leadgen workflows
- Help define and shape the internal toolsets, data strategy and flows, and reporting tools
- Monitor and maintain data quality daily within the marketing database
- Turn the marketing automation platform into a revenue driver
- Other related tasks
Skills and abilities required.
- Have a pulse on all data privacy legislations around the world.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Can work well independently in a dynamic and handson approach with little supervision.
- Excellent time and stress management and the ability to take initiative.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Marketing Operations experience, ideally in highgrowth B2B companies or relevant work experience
- Excellent English & fair French communication skills
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, user experience, customer journeys with the objective to increase and convert leads
- Strong knowledge of campaign automation and CRM tools
- Excellent understanding of Google tag manager, data analytics and B2B customer database
