JOB SUMMARY:
the primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the college cctts, and the finance department, pursuant to accounting reforms imposed by the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

_Perform daily accounting operations of the CCTTs


_:

_Prepare the reconciliations of receivables, payables, bank accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries for CCTT's


_:

_Prepare GST/QST report for filing to government for the CCTTs


_:
-
_Prepare and upload the CCTT's budgets


_:
-
_Responsible for year-end closings of the CCTTs in Clara system


_:

_Coordinate the CCTTs audit and documentation required by the external auditors

_Prepare internal financial reports for the Ancillary Services


_:

_Analyse various accounts of Ancillary Services

_Provide variance explanations of actuals versus budget and year over year for Ancillary Services

_Implement several projects to automate and develop work tools in CLARA
