Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our construction team as Construction Laborers. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks on construction sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions.


Duties:


  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
  • Dig trenches and excavate areas as needed
  • Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

Skills:


  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and installations
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Pay:
$23.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
