Description
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.Your primary responsibilities will include writing estimates for vehicles on-site and Photo Based, using an online system to manage estimate bookings, disassembling vehicles, logging, and categorizing vehicle damage information, moving vehicles, taking pictures, working with Insurance vendors & third-party customers, and assisting everyone through the standard estimate process.
You will also be instrumental in keeping our front of office area organized and customer-ready and will play a vital role serving as the face of our company, greeting customers with a warm smile.
This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset, making you an integral part of our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Vehicle Damage Assessments - The main conduit for gathering, organizing, and inputting vehicle damage-related data.

Customer Communication
- The main contact for all communication related to vehicle damages & estimates.
Conflict Resolution - investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department or lead when necessary.

Collision Knowledge - Assist customers in reviewing and understanding their estimates/ repair worksheets and answer general collision inquiries.

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Parts teammates, Team Leads and CSR's to provide comprehensive solutions for clients. Communicating customer feedback to relevant departments.
Feedback and Reporting
- Gather information from production staff, team lead, and parts to provide insurance partners with accurate and uptodate information through various portals (ARMS, Mitchell & Qapter).
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years minimum Automotive related Experience (in autobody/body shop environment)
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Salary:
$65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
