Over 70 physicians and specialists, alongside a broad roster of complementary health care disciplines, provide health and lifestyle management services on site and by video consult for individuals, families and organizations.

Our team of 550+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.


The Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate follow up care from the Annual Health Assessment with variety of administrative tasks including prescription renewals, completion of Attending Physicians Statements, scheduling follow up post appointments, completion of lawyer requests and results management
  • Work collaboratively with Physicians and Nurses in managing client care
  • Prepare, edit, proofread and upload the Annual Health Assessment report
  • Coordinate with other Patient Support Centre team members to ensure exceptional delivery of client service
  • Additional administrative functions including chart pulls, faxing, scanning and mailing of results to patients, specialists and other facilities
  • Answer and direct all inbound switchboard calls
  • Support the Client Service Coordinator team with additional coverage for vacations and wellness days
  • Proactively resolve client service issues and/or provide suggestions for initiating resolutions
  • Escalating unresolved issues to deescalate further client service issues
  • Participate in training and peer coaching of new Client Service Coordinator members

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years Medical Office experience
  • Medical Office Administration diploma
  • Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Sound knowledge of medical terminology
  • The position will be hybrid of onsite and remote work requirements
