The
Systems Administrator is responsible to provide end user support, technology planning, implementation and support of Fengate's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a Technologyrelated field or equivalent experience.
Managing users in a Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Azure AD environment.
Experience managing active directory users, groups, and file permissions.
Experience with Windows patch management and antivirus technologies (i.e. CrowdStrike, Windows Defender Security Center)
2+ years hand on experience in systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
5+ years total experience in systems and helpdesk administration.
Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Defender security center experience.
PowerShell scripting experience (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
Prior experience with managing SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries.
Familiar with Meraki access points and switches.
Project experience, leading or being part of the project management lifecycle
Highly engaged individual that seeks out a better way of doing things and will not settle for the status quo.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills for team member collaboration and IT documentation
Highly organized and must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people who have different levels of technical competence

Nice to Have Experience

Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Defender security center experience.
