Description

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
  • Process invoices, payments, and deposits.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing clients and paying vendors
  • Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank statements
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with billing and timekeeping systems, such as Timeslips or Clio, is a plus

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour
