Description

Harewood Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter's Helper to join our team.

As a Carpenter's Helper, you will assist carpenters in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials according to specifications
Prepare work areas by setting up tools and equipment
Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
Assist in the installation of doors, windows, and other fixtures
Help with the assembly of scaffolding and temporary structures
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:

Knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, and drills
Understanding of concrete forming
