Environmental, Energy, Mining, Transportation, Industrial, Agri-food and
Life Sciences sectors.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10AM-7PM

Seasonal End Date:
March 31st 2024

Responsibilities:

Shipping and receiving of samples and general packages
Ensure packages/cylinders are handled safely and put in their proper place
Responsible for tracking orders and keeping inventory

Qualifications:

Requirement to repeatedly lift loads up to 20kg
High school diploma
Excellent English communications skills reading, writing and speaking
Well organized and able to prioritize
Team player and able to work without supervision
Experience in a Lab setting, or oil and gas Shipping/ Receiving/ Forklift experience would be an asset but willing to train the right individual

Valid driver's license an asset:

Knowledge of LIMS is an asset

Work Environment:
This position requires a person to walk, stand and lift throughout the shift in a laboratory environment. Manual dexterity is required to perform repetitive tasks. This position may work a compressed work week; night shifts may be required. Standing for extended periods of time. The laboratory/warehouse environment can be quite warm. Steel-Toed boots are required PPE. Requirement to repeatedly lift loads up to 20kg.
