SUMMARY

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to bench marking studies and comparative analyses not financially focused. This applies to assessment of project delivery data, timelines and targets.
  • Assist in the analysis and development of solutions to improve and condense project delivery to achieve efficiencies and meet identified performance and delivery targets.
  • Support the production of internal national management reporting to support project delivery.
  • Support the ongoing management of contract IMIT system requirements for PDS delivery, including management of changes /updates to systems and tools.
  • Assist in the creation and modification of processes, work instructions, forms and tools.
  • Adhere to the Change Management protocols for Service Delivery Regime (SDR) changes to processes, work instructions and forms.
  • Provide training and manage rollout of new processes / tools and related changes.
  • Cover for peer responsibilities among all Analysts and NCM during vacation / absences.
  • Other duties as required.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Bilingualism (FR/EN) is a strong asset
  • Community College in a related discipline with 3 to 5 years' experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with facility and/or project management services
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Management and procurement strategies for the acquisition facilities management services
  • Excellent skills in developing internal reporting systems, bench marking and target setting
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills including a strong understanding of Oracle Financials and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Strong Process mapping and documentation skills
  • Familiarization with ISO documentation standards
  • Financial and costing appreciation
  • Knowledge of invoicing structures
  • Some project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong skills in business administration
