Summary of the Role

This position will be primarily responsible for role is to preform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, data entry and other warehouse activities as needed.

Responsibilities

Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
Schedules daily pickups and freight for all orders.
Processes completed Orders / Packing list / BOL's / MTR's
Sends MTR's, W&D's or any other info requested on any order's to customer or sales.
Assist Sale's department with any Freight questions/ tracking needed
Follow up on outstanding freight orders needing to be scheduled.
Organize / Scan / File BOLs, pick lists and all shipping paperwork.
Process, Schedule and follow up on Will Advise, international and Project orders.
Assist with Freight claims
Works with sales daily on orders, documents and questions pertaining to Shipping.
Provides valve automation support as needed (training provided)
Perform other duties are assigned

Skills and Abilities

Customer Service orientated with the ability to interact with customers and internal teammembers in a professional and timely manner
Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing roles daily
Forklift certification a plus
Handson, Cando attitude
Mechanical background a plus

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
13 years of experience in general warehouse experience preferred
