Position:
Security Field Supervisor


Wage:
$24.00 to $25.00 per hour


Requirements:


  • Certificate in Security Management or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security field.
  • Valid Security Licence for the province of Ontario.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Leadership training is considered an asset.
  • Full G Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and supervise security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor security personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule security staff to meet client requirements and maintain optimal coverage.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
  • Handle security incidents, conducting investigations when required and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and enhance security strategies and protocols.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to security management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary.
