Position:
Security Field Supervisor

Wage:
$24.00 to $25.00 per hour

Requirements:

Certificate in Security Management or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security field.
Valid Security Licence for the province of Ontario.
Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
Leadership training is considered an asset.
Full G Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead and mentor security personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate and schedule security staff to meet client requirements and maintain optimal coverage.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
Handle security incidents, conducting investigations when required and implementing corrective actions.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with management to develop and enhance security strategies and protocols.
Keep uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to security management.
Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary.
