As an Entry-Level HR Manager at KMT Medical and Allied Health Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks.
You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the HR functions while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Support new employee onboarding activities including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and facilitating new hire paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in employee relations matters by addressing inquiries, conflicts, and supporting disciplinary procedures under supervision.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other developmental programs for employees.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and benefits administration.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Processing payroll
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in HR or related fields.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- Understanding of basic HR laws and regulations.
