Skill Requirements:


  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and a consistently high level of customer service skills.
  • Good sense of judgment, integrity, accountability, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical skills, excellent oral, written communication skills in English.
  • Effective listening skills and willingness to learn.

Required Qualifications and Experience:


  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
  • 12 years of supervisor security experience
  • Experience in customer service settings
  • Previous employment as a Security Guard
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification
  • List of three work references (preferred)
