ABM College is looking for a highly competent, energetic, and exceptionally motivatedEmployment Counselor/Recruiter.
Essential Job Duties:
- Find practicum placements for the students and alumni.
- Devise, organize and manage professional development strategies for the students and alumni, like job search strategies, resume writing (individual or group setting), and preparing for job interviews and others.
- Establish linkages with community groups and agencies, businesses, industries, and other organizations as potential employers.
- Collect labor market information about job opportunities, skill requirements, and other occupational information.
- Maintain accurate records of alumni's employment.
- Perform general recruitment and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree graduate (HR, Social Work, Marketing, Psychology, Project Management).
- At least 2 years of work experience as an Employment Counsellor / Recruiter in a recruitment agency
- Strong marketing and project management skills
- Proven records of establishing linkages to the employers and employees of the clients.
- Selfmotivated and selfdirected
- Result oriented
