At this time, we are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Live-in Assistant Resident Manager for our property Meadowland Manor, in St.

John's, NL. If you enjoy interacting with others, are passionate about providing a clean and safe environment for residents, and take pride in a job well done, this may be the role for you

In this role, you will be responsible for on-call coverage on weekends for emergency calls. The compensation for this position is based on rental incentive .

Responsibilities:

Shared oncall duties
Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls
Cleaning as needed in common areas
Showing of units and assisting with move in and move outs
Building and maintaining positive professional tenant relationships

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or customer service;
Strong communication and time management skills;
Previous experience in the Property Management industry is considered an asset;
Ability to work well in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
