Your mission, should you decide to accept it.

As a UX Lead, you will enable a team of creative UX designers to introduce new research, best practices, and creative solutions to deliver for our Partner a product experience fit for 'the best apps in your stack'.

Working closely with our product teams, you will strive to continuously maintain a high awareness of market/competition UX design, and overall design of our unannounced product details to lead the delivery of best in class UX with the assigned UI team.

Responsibilities:

Create and facilitate an environment, process and design system that supports consistent UX principles and processes across devices and channels
Introduce utilization metrics and datadriven design concepts for experience validation
Implement a team process and toolset for early stage UX A/B concept testing
Develop comprehensive key industry user personas through extensive partner (customer) interviews
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

5 or more years of UX design experience including managing direct reports.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and define complete user experiences that meet client needs and the product vision.
A solid grasp of usercentered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
Must have an online portfolio or samples of recent related work (i.e., research, personas, mockups, prototypes, specifications, guidelines)
