This job contributes to Starbucks success by being trusted collaborators and thought partners to regional directors, providing strategic calendaring, communication, recognition and administrative duties in support of market priorities.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Completes administrative projects including coordinating or tracking budgets, invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, updating databases, generating reports and identifying variances.
- Supports the process of onboarding district managers including obtaining necessary computer equipment
- Organizes and maintains virtual filing system(s). Responds to phone calls and written requests for information. Research issues and gathers information. May index records and information.
- Provides advanced administrative support and project coordination to multiple partners within a business unit or department. Identifies and implements processes to improve work flow, organization and communication. Serves as a primary point of contact to distribute material and communicate standard operating procedures. Responds to requests for information.
- Schedules and coordinates complex meetings, training, seminars, activities and business travel for departmental partners. May take and publish meeting minutes.
- Effectively builds relationship with operational and business development leaders as well as other support partners including licensees to support market and leadership priorities

- 35 years admin experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Multiunit/multileader administrative support
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment
- Ability to build trust based and collaborative relationships with cross functional partners
- Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts, and the design of solutions as a member of a team
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced, changing environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
