Description

A General Facilities maintenance is someone who perform tasks related to General facilities Maintenance of the building, ( Painting equipment, fixing minor plumbing issues, assisting in large line PM's ect ) Performs regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production activities.

• Perform tasks related to General Maintenance of the building, ( Painting equipment, fixing minor plumbing issues, cleaning, assisting in large line PM's ect )
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as required
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, hydraulic, troubleshooting and basic repair
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• High school diploma/GED
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Work as part of a Cross functional team and independently with excellent personal time management skills, creating a collaborative project environment is essential.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and Problemsolving capabilities. Flexible during times of change.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment is crucial.
• Maintain Housekeeping and initiatives while working, ensuring your work areas are clean and organized.
