Eaton's EPG EAS Electrical Automation Solutions division is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager.What you'll do:
The Cybersecurity Project Manager will be leading all cybersecurity projects across Eaton Electrical Sector.
In this role you will:
- Coordinating with project stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to document project scope and objectives
- Maintaining project plans for multiple engineering teams in both waterfall and Agile environments that align with Eaton stage gate product development process
- Documenting project activities, issues, concerns and status to keep management informed and enable timely resolution of project problems.
- Participating in the development and use of project management procedures and guidelines at Eaton
- Ability to meet short
- Effectively meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
- Providing periodic program updates relating to milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., schedule)
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- BS degree in engineering from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing software development projects through a stage gate process
- Experience working with geographically dispersed engineering and business teams
- Experience working with third party consultants and partners
- Proficient with project/program management tools such as MS Project and ProPM
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI certification and/or Scrum Master certification
- Software Development background
- Experience with cybersecurity practices
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, and CCSK
Skills:

- Ability to articulate and promote project management bestpractices.
