KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit as per the company needs.
- Job postings on Various platforms.
- Responsible for managing assigned recruitment through all phases of the recruitment cycle including coaching, supporting and advising hiring managers on the process
- Job posting on various platforms as required.
- Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested
- Assist the Departmental Human Resources team as required
- Screen upandcomers' resumes and requests for employment
- Post responsibilities to proper occupation sheets on the web
- Prepare every day work reports and report it to the director
- Assist in performing personal investigations for shortlisted upandcomers
- Act as a resource for the upandcomer
- Always advance the organization as the best work environment
- Source applicants by means of social and expert systems administration destinations
- Conduct prescreening interviews
- Maintain customary contact and circle back to the likely applicants
- Assist in meeting and choosing the upandcomers on location
BASIC REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS & ABILITIES
- 1 to 2 years of involvement
- Ability to work with various divisions and encourage cooperation
- Identify and resolve issues in an ideal way
- Excellent PC abilities alongside oral and composed relational abilities
- Proven competitor sourcing and relationship building abilities
- Basic information on work laws
- Experience with enlistment for various sorts of profiles
- Skills in record keeping and information base administration
Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
