Position Summary
Stealth Monitoring offers exciting in-office positions allowing us to provide exceptional remote services to our customers. Our Bilingual Customer Service Representatives are the heart and soul of our operation.
They are passionate about our services and reputation and understand that Stealth can only continue to grow with their continued dedication.
They are extremely detail-oriented and are effective communicators; working collaboratively with their peers and managers to deliver superior surveillance to our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential security events and escalate issues to an appropriate Escalation Specialist.
- Responsible for understanding client specific requirements.
- Responsible for escalating client site technical issues.
- Follow assigned protocols for escalations.
- Additional Duties & Responsibilities for DSIII
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, as needed.
- Coach and mentor DS I and DS II.
- Special projects as assigned (audits, process documentation, research, etc.).
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a customer service, operations, security, or related role.
- Computer literate and excellent knowledge of video monitoring software.
