Job Overview
A project manager must plan and develop the projects as assigned.

They need to create and lead different departments, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, ensure customer and leadership satisfaction, and evaluate project performance.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform operational/system diagnosis, solution design, and solution implementation.
  • Use a standard project planner for all projects
  • Provide proactive operational support during startup of projects.
  • Taking ownership over the management of customer crisis and emergency situations during roll out phase.
  • Act as the project manager for Internal and External customers. This includes but is not limited to new business rollouts, restructuring projects, or key special projects for accounts as assigned.
  • Work as a liaison between the different Tforce departments to ensure maximum efficiency provided for the customer.
  • Work with the TForce team to develop SOP's that will satisfy all customer requirements and ensure that these are communicated throughout the organization. It is important we use the defined SOPs for the business that is standard like Ecommerce B2C-S home deliveries and do not create custom solutions that we cannot support.
  • Ensure that the customer is receiving the maximum benefit of any applicable technology that TForce can offer.
  • Ensures exceptional customer service is achieved by working with the customer to establish KPI's and the operations team to exceed these service targets.
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope and builds solutions
  • Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Supports User help desk tickets that are operational in nature.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing solutions, and making business presentations
independently

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to direct a team of people to achieve a common goal.
  • Adaptable to change
  • Ability to Travel through Canada and US
  • Understands company goals, mission and vision.

Education

  • College Diploma or University Degree or Equivalent Experience
