Are you looking for a fast-paced and rewarding career to elevate your recruitment and selections skills? Waste Connections of Canada has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator (French/English) to support its full-cycle recruitment for Canada.

The incumbent will be located at the office in Vaughan, Ontario and will report to the Recruitment Manager.

In the midst of it all, you need to keep the recruiters updated on status of all your efforts and progress including managing tracking and documenting all steps of the hiring process.

You will be required to visit our Districts periodically.

Requirements:

Post-Secondary diploma or degree in HR or 12 years' experience working in a recruiting environment and/or HR.
Experience with Workday or any other ATS is an asset.
Intermediate or advanced skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Ability to remain efficient and extremely organized while handling a high volume of work.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong time management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple demands without missing deadlines.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to seek out answers to questions and problems.
Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with management and employees at all levels.
Valid G license for travel and access to own vehicle.
Ability to travel to different districts/regions will be required.
