Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Manager, Employee Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management, training and support of the Employee Services team.

Employee data management;
- Coordinates various continuous improvement initiatives, including: improvement of human resources data, review of transactional processes, improvement of the employee experience.
- Implement audits and control points for HR transactional processes to ensure timely data quality.
- Participate in technology projects: data and dashboards, training software and human resources data system.
Business Processes and Procedures;
- Review of internal processes and recommendations;
- Employee Services process mapping;
- Ensure the smooth running of daytoday operations: the creation of new employee profiles and the modification of employee files in order to support the various client groups (Talent Acquisition, Payroll Service, Human Resources);
- Oversee data quality improvements.
Management of administrative tasks;
- Provide training to employees under his/her supervision;
- Ensure the coordination of requests received from the various HR departments and ensure that they are completed in the required time;
- Ensure the compliance of data in the various information systems (Internal Audits);
- Produce the various required reports.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in human resources in a similar position;
- College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field;
- Bilingualism is essential, since you will have to deal with both Francophone and Anglophone clients;
- Comfortable with new technologies and good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office);
- Interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Organized, ontime and proactive;
- Rigor and meticulousness
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
