We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include verifying and processing vendor invoices; following-up and resolving invoice issues; preparing vendor payment according to payment schedule and vendor profile setup.
What You'll Do
- Receive and verify invoices for accounts with high volume transactions/business processes with mínimal supervision
- Manage vendor payments
- Process vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor accounts per audit request
- Coordinate with other departments if needed to resolve issues
- Prepare monthly close accrual report
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, with 35 years of minimum related experience including AP/AR on expense accounts
- Solid MS Office skills with expertise in Excel to include pivot tables and vlookups, Power Point required
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Detail oriented with proven organizational and problem
- Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Ability to work with functional groups and be a responsive partner in a fastpaced environment
