About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include verifying and processing vendor invoices; following-up and resolving invoice issues; preparing vendor payment according to payment schedule and vendor profile setup.

What You'll Do

Receive and verify invoices for accounts with high volume transactions/business processes with mínimal supervision
Manage vendor payments
Process vendor invoices
Reconcile vendor accounts per audit request
Coordinate with other departments if needed to resolve issues
Prepare monthly close accrual report

What We're Looking For

Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, with 35 years of minimum related experience including AP/AR on expense accounts
Solid MS Office skills with expertise in Excel to include pivot tables and vlookups, Power Point required
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Detail oriented with proven organizational and problem

- solving skills

Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Ability to work with functional groups and be a responsive partner in a fastpaced environment
