Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Ontario Security License:

1 year of Residential Guard experience is an asset.
Must be available to work night shifts
Physically capable of performing the required duties
Able to Travel within Toronto
Customer Service Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have a vehicle

Major Responsibilities include:

Patrolling the exterior of premises/home regularly
Enforcing property regulations, Criminal Code and legislative statutes
Securing restricted areas
Facilitating access of vehicles and pedestrians at fixed posts
Obtaining statements and collecting information for Incident Reports Performing Customer Servicerelated functions
Identifying Safety Hazards Qualifications and Experience Required:
A Diploma in Law & Security or Police Foundations educational background is an asset
Law Enforcement or Military experience is an asset
Experience with enforcing TPA and situations where arrests are made is an asset
Be physically capable of performing the required duties.
Basic knowledge and use of integrated security systems.
