Gas N Go General Stores & Markets is looking for individuals who are looking to grow within our company and become apart of the management team.

We are looking for responsible and self-motivated leaders who enjoys a challenge


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff
  • Implementing and enforcing established procedures
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Ability to reconcile daily funds

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Evening shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Leadership: 1 year (required)
