Job Summary:

Provide efficient and friendly services to students, faculty, and staff members. Support the effective operations of the Victoria site. Assist with general office duties and tasks.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with site staff to ensure effective and efficient operations of sites. Support students, staff, and faculty onsite to maintain a positive learning and teaching environment.
  • Cooperate with other departments to resolve student or site issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work with local staff to coordinate events onsite, including monthly information meetings.
  • Work with the IT department to gain basic knowledge to help students with computer or network issues.
  • Provide front desk coverage and customer service to students, instructors, and property management with other support staff. The key function is to answer phones and service facetoface student interactions.
  • Coordinate classroom availability and scheduling, ensuring buildings and classrooms are open on time and equipment is operational and available. Ensure that classrooms are properly cleaned after all classes and events in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the exam proctoring process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, front desk, or related experience.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and organizational and problemsolving ability.
  • Ability to perform job duties with mínimal supervision, effectively prioritize work, multitask, and adjust to changing workloads and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to other sites as needed.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
