    Establishing and managing the Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) software engineering site as we rapidly grow
    # Leading and developing a team of managers and individual contributors across a range of functions, including software development, R&D, test and software production
    # Helping establish a culture of continuous learning in the team and effective agile team and technical practices
    # Working with product owners/managers to plan and scope projects and features
    # Ensuring that the office is aligned with the broader goals and strategies of the company/business
    # Establishing and maintaining data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
    # Being a trusted advisor, with an ability to develop a depth and breadth of business relationships externally at key decision maker levels (College campuses, Chamber of commerce, industry and community events, IDA, peer companies)

    Experience in building and managing a center for a global technology company - telecom, cloud, SaaS, Android, Mobile platforms or similar fields
    Managing 50+ employees
    Significant experience in technology leadership and people management roles
    Strong technical background, with experience managing product and R&D
    Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
    Fluent in English
