Are you ready to join a forward-thinking, creative and collaborative team? Then come join us in our Content division in the contract role of Distribution Shipper and Receiver.

The Distribution Shipper and Receiver position is responsible for managing and controlling day to day incoming and outgoing shipments from within the company.


In this role you will:


  • Receive all incoming packages from the vendors, and other sources.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Document all incoming packages to our receiving system.
  • Coordinate packing and shipping of all goods, including assembling packages, weighing them.
  • Maintain inventory of incoming, stored, and outgoing good.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks within the shipping & receiving area.
  • Load and unload the trucks part of the shipment.
  • Submit daily receiving report to the Supervisor/ Manager.
  • Follow company protocols and Safety procedures.
  • Driving company vehicles to drop off/ pick up packages.
  • Other duties as required.
  • And a bit about yourself: _
  • Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating pick ups and deliveries with major couriers (UPS, FedEx) and experience with their operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, etc.) is a must,
  • High attention to detail essential with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a busy situation
  • Experience with preparing international shipments including customs documents is an asset.
  • Forklift license an asset.
  • Must be able to use general warehouse hand trucks/ skids
  • High School diploma GED
  • Must meet regular daily working hours
  • Safety Shoe required G Driving license required
