Education:

University Degree in computer sciences, Digital Media, or related technology discipline/area or an equivalent of 4 years recent experience (within the last 5 years) working and performing the same or similar tasks.

This education equivalency is in addition to the experiential requirements outlined below.

Experience:

1 year experience in end-user digital media and media client/server technical support, preferably in an academic environment.
