has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry where our team of professionals have successfully created custom-design hardscape for residential and commercial properties.

We are hiring a full time, seasonal AZ driver to complete a variety of tasks mainly involving floating machines and hauling material to various projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties assigned by the Supervisor
Comply with all MTO rules and regulations
Safe operation and transport of heavy equipment including, excavators, dozers, rollers, skid steers, etc.
Ability to drive a dump truck with a float
Load and unload material to various projects
General housekeeping duties
Observe and report equipment and mechanical failures immediately
Manage routes to proceed in the most efficient way
Performs truck inspections and completes daily truck log
Communicate with clients in a professional manner
Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Job Requirements

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience driving a triaxle dump truck
Must obtain a valid AZ licence with a clean abstract
Posses 2 years experience in operating heavy equipment
Knowledge of load securement is required
Moderate communication skills
Ability to take direction
Professionalism and excellent customer service skills

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
Physically demanding
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, dust, noise, and cold

Weekend availability
