Must be available to work Monday to Friday, for the following rotating shifts (Eastern Time):

8 AM
4 PM
9 AM 5 PM
10 AM 6 PM
12 PM 8 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Followup on outstanding appraisal orders to ensure quick turnaround times.
Keep lenders updated on the status of appraisal orders.
Prepare and distribute reports to the team, as required.
Demonstrate superior customer service skills through telephone and electronic communications with industry partners, including lenders, brokers and appraisers.
Support the Underwriting Team through special projects and other operational functions within the Underwriting Centre, as required.
Create and maintain production reports on key metrics for lending partners and regulators.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-
Fluency in both English and French is required
:

Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to work within a fastpaced and timesensitive environment.
Superior customer service skills.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Strong computer skills and experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience extracting, preparing, and analyzing data sets.
Experience reviewing real estate appraisals would be an asset.
Experience in administrative or customer servicerelated work would be an asset.

EDUCATION

College diploma or university degree preferred.
