What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Incoming Funds Associate within our Corpay line of business. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assistance to Cambridge clients, both internal and external.
Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Customer Service
Excellence
Building and relationship management through providing

sound information and solutions;

and provide solutions

Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and

complaints in a timely manner; and

Ensuring clients' needs are met through courteous follow ups.

Administration

Accuracy and efficiency

efficient and accurate manner;

Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to deliver prompt

informative responses;

Suggesting improvements in processes where applicable.

Customer Satisfaction

Deliver unanticipated value
Providing professional service to clients, managing internal obstacles invisibly

to the client;

Helping educate the client on the required processes and procedures of doing

business in a 'money services' environment;

Working efficiently to resolve customer issues;

Teamwork

Collaborate across boundaries
Working with other internal teams to fully leverage the capabilities of the

organization and satisfy our clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

23 years successful customer service experience;
Postsecondary degree or diploma;
Experience in providing administrative support capturing information and

reconciling data; and

IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new system
