Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CAC Process Supervisor, assist in mapping and documenting all processes within the Care Access Centre (CAC)
- Ongoing maintenance of the process library, regularly reviewing for relevance, efficiency, and consistency
- Identify and lead process alignment initiatives across teams and geographic regions
- Key role in identifying continuous improvement opportunities, developing process plans and in implementation.
- Serves as CAC SME in Operations Change Request meetings
- Lead/participate in pilot projects to aid in the development of new changes impacting the CAC
- Determine success measures by obtaining and monitoring staff and client feedback as well as business performance metrics
- Attend meetings, liaise with stakeholders both internal to the CAC i.e. Learning & Performance, Communications, QMA, Supervisors, Managers and other IHS departments as required.
