Norseman Structures is looking to add a Fiercly Reliable
Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to our team.

The
Logistics & Procurement Coordinator will perform various duties in support of Logistics & Procurement activities.

The
Logistics & Procurement Coordinator will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers with a strong attention to detail.


Job Duties of the Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

  • Responsible for planning of shipments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for shipment of corporate orders and projects
  • Responsible for shipment of third party shipments
  • Prepare weekly load sheet and other reports as needed
  • Complete freight quotes for corporate projects
  • Prepare and maintain reports tracking freight costs against budgets for all active projects
  • Align product delivery with specific requirements
  • Issue, administer and receive purchase orders for accessory items
  • Create item cards for new components and accessories
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements of the Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

  • 1 year Post Secondary Diploma, Certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of direct work experience in an Logistics and/or Supply Chain Support capacity
  • Experience within the industrial manufacturing or construction industry an asset
  • Logistics experience an asset
  • ERP management systems experience an asset
