In this exciting role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and be responsible for bringing our marketing programs to life in our stores.

What you will be doing:
- Build the marketing strategy for the instore experience that delivers a brand experience and drives effective communications to drive sales and/or consumer engagement (i.e signage, décor & all consumerfacing messaging)
- Work closely with Brand Marketing and Flyer & Promotions Marketing Senior Manager and various creative agency partners to translate the content for instore assets.
- Responsible for overseeing all signage requirements and execution that respects marketing guardrails and operational execution requirements (e.g. labour, resources etc.)
- Be the key point of contact responsible for New Store Opening requirements. Prepare the storebystore marketing strategy & elements that will support awareness & conversion for the new store. Work closely with Operations, Design & Construction, NSO Setup Teams and store leadership to ensure execution of marketing elements.
- In partnership with Design & Construction, provide marketing communications requirements, content & creative for permanent signage. Ensure permanent signage respects brand guidelines & support the mostuptodate business objectives.
- Key point of contact for local store requests. Work with Operational leadership to evaluate and understand business objectives. Responsible for objectively evaluating asks, prioritizing and providing recommendations to adapt / proceed / stop with stakeholder alignment.
- In collaboration with Operations, develop weekly marketing communications for executional requirements.
- Lead the seasonal marketing elements to enhance the store experience e.g. Holiday, Easter, Backtoschool etc.)
- Work collaboratively with Flyer & Promotions teams to ensure promotions work within Brand and other signage to effectively raise awareness and engagement of promotions.
- Review and reinforce marketing signage standard and discipline, adapting to various store formats as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Responsible for quality assurance of vendor partner creative and signage production
- Manage allocated production budget in agreement with Brand Managers
- Performs other duties as assigned to support company strategy and marketing opportunities.
How you will succeed:

- 3+ years of Marketing / Visual Merchandising experience
