Voice of Guest (VoG) is part of the global Omni Centre of Excellence, supporting both North America and International business teams.

Voice of Guest aims to listen to our guests' voices to bring to light strategic insights and opportunities that will help shape the overall guest experience strategy and lead to guest-centric action and innovation.


a day in the life:
what you'll do


Supporting the North America side of the business, the Analyst, Voice of Guest will work with the team to grow and find efficiencies with the VoG program and create insightful reports, with the end goal of providing guidance and highlighting opportunity areas from a guest experience standpoint to the business teams.


The Analyst, Voice of Guest will support all aspects of maintaining and growing the VoG program to ensure successful enrolment and ongoing engagement with stakeholders.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with crossfunctional teams to understand needs and requirements for guest insights
  • Designing the methodology to answer business questions
  • Managing project timeline and vendor deliverables / output
  • Designing and building dashboards / reports that tell a succinct story and provide actionable insights
  • Identifying opportunities to find efficiencies in our current programs and grow the VoG portfolio to gain a holistic view and better understanding of our guests
qualifications

  • Strong technical and data visualization skills
  • Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand and solve complex problems
  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box
  • Strong communication skills
  • 2+ years of working experience in vendor side research strongly preferred
  • 2+ years in an analytical role strongly preferred
  • Strong endtoend project management skills
  • Ability to distil and translate large quantitative and qualitative data sets into easy to understand insights / findings
  • Knowledge of consumer research strongly preferred
  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or similar field is an asset
