This is an in office position which can be based from any of our MNP locations within Canada.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve MNP Digital's procurementbased competencies, offerings, and transfer knowledge to relevant coworkers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of supported software and hardware technologies, across multiple vendor offerings and their related support offerings, with the intent to collaborate and share information with the customers and internal MNP sales and support team members and groups.
  • Ensure the accurate billing and reconciliation of all software and hardware products and solutions sold through the many vendor programs.
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop and execute plans that improve the implementation of the different solutions and the various vendor programs offered by various vendors and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain reporting to communicate progress and help govern the relationship with customers, vendor community, and MNP Digital selling teams.
  • Responsible for knowledge management, best practices, and leading business commerce enablement strategies specific to the many vendor programs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of all programs and continuously optimize gotomarket plans for future launches.
  • Update qualified licensing product opportunities and assist with maintaining a pipeline forecast in the CRM system.
  • Analyze, create, and supply licensing renewal quotes/proposals to customers for qualified opportunities in a timely and effective manner.
  • Help manage the daytoday relationship within the existing customer base and new prospects.
  • Address licensing and product issues or any inquiries related to the solutions or services being offered.
  • Support the Lead Generations Team and Teams at MNP regarding all software and and hardware based questions and opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong business knowledge and experience working with the supported and recommended solutions and offerings from our vendors such as Acumatica, Sage, and Microsoft
  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute and mentor teammates successfully.
  • Accustomed to working with both technical & nontechnical teams with the ability to understand and articulate technical details and commercial requirements to all audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills and stakeholder management.
  • Good analytical ability to understand product performance data and market opportunity data.
  • Ability to own and execute a process to completion.
  • Ability to create and drive an individual plan based on business strategy and strong execution skills.
  • Ambitious, articulate, credible, pragmatic.
  • Software licensing certifications from leading vendors would be an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in licensing and operations, with Enterprise & SMB customers is required.
