This role is responsible for the ongoing support of the recruitment process across the organization and assisting the team to deliver and maintain Human Resources services.

Work together with Hiring Managers to ensure the full recruitment cycle is completed in alignment with the companywide Recruitment Policy and guidelines
Post job advertisements
Complete reference checks in a timely manner
Ensure new hire packages and offer letters are saved into employee files
Maintain and update the applicant database
Coach and advise the supervisors/managers on labour standards pertinent to staffing practices within Alberta
Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
Providing HR support to the HR Administrator and HR Manager
Any other duties as required by HR Manager
Mandarin is required
Cantonese may be required
