To do this, we need an exceptional team We are currently seeking an experienced and organized individual, whose expertise will be focused around Norstar products and warranties to provide exceptional support to all customers in the role of
:
Customer Service Representative.

Reporting to the CEO, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Represent Norstar with positivity, professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • These issues include but are not limited to equipment troubleshooting, shipping errors and warranty claims.
  • Scheduling and Facilitating Service Team meetings to find solutions for customers.
  • Providing regular status updates on issues to customers.
  • Documenting and Processing Warranty Claims (including submitting orders for warranty parts).
  • Documenting and Processing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) in conjunction with Norstar's Quality Control Manager.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all service, repair, and other work via Zoho Desk program.
  • Assisting customers with basic requests including; dealer location, digital manual requests, etc.

Experience / Skills:


  • Previous Customer Service experience is required
  • Experience or familiarity in Agricultural manufacturing or equipment would be a strong asset
  • Highly organized ability to handle multiple issues / claims at a time, prioritize tasks appropriately and track progress on all claims.
  • Mechanically inclined and/or interested in knowing how things operate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word, Outlook
  • Problem solver who can triage situations and come up with quick, yet efficient solutions to resolve concerns / issues to keep customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in office 5 days a week office environment
