About the Opportunity:


Reporting to the Manager, the Staffing Clerk supports the appropriate utilization of human resources for designated units/departments by scheduling staff, replacing absences, preparing information for submission to payroll, maintaining electronic records, and other duties that facilitate day-to-day operations.


The Staffing Clerk ensures that the principles and practices that guide our work such as the mission, vision, values, expected behaviours, the leadership philosophy, organizational health, population health, ethics, safety, quality, partnerships and interprofessional collaboration are integrated within the services they provide and through the messages they deliver.


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Graduate of one (1) year secretarial or business program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One (1) year experience in the clerical field
  • Previous experience in scheduling/staffing and time administration considered an asset
  • Ability to use Microsoft Windows and all components of Microsoft Office and SAP Systems
  • Ability to develop and maintain documents, spreadsheets and databases
  • Demonstrated accountability
  • Demonstrated judgment and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrated communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation

  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours:


  • Short Assignment, Fulltime x 2 positions; 70 hours biweekly
  • Beginning as soon as possible with a duration of June 13, 202
  • Shifts are 12hour shifts; 7 days per week
  • Shifts include days, evenings, nights & weekends

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $24.39 hourly
