Location:
In-person Blockhouse, NS.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm (hours may change depending on the project)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and builders in the community.
- Conduct inhome or onsite consultations with clients to assess their roofing needs and provide accurate estimates.
- Schedule and oversee installation crews to ensure timely and quality installations.
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between departments.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.
- Work with a team to ensure roofing projects are completed within a specified timeline and quality standard.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Installed Roofing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work at various heights.
- Endurance for prolonged periods of outdoor work in different weather conditions.

Salary:
$30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
