Cranston Master Builder is a residential construction company, looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our growing team for Edmonton and the surrounding communities.
Cranston Homes Ltd is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.


The Warranty Coordinator will report to the project manager and site supervisor, and be responsible for ensuring that Cranston Homes Ltd products are covered under the warranties of the product and will be responsible for assisting with the warranty claims process.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling service visits & trade days within the first year warranty period
  • Organize and coordinate warranty walkthroughs
  • Ensure that all warrantable repairs are scheduled and completed to minimize repeat trade visits and to address repairs within a timely manner
  • Meet with difficult homeowners to rectify their complaints to avoid further requests
  • Keep home owners updated with the status of their service work
  • Complete postpossession items on the deficiency report in a professional and timely manner.
  • Have experience or be willing to receive training on BuilderTrend scheduling program
  • Other duties may be assigned

Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment with limited supervision. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team or group of people working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment with multiple deadlines to meet. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot & cold) as well as on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Experience working with warranties preferred but not required (willing to train the right person).
  • Experience with the home building industry an asset.
