Role:

Business Analyst

Location:

Toronto, ON.

Details:

Hybrid Role - 2-3 days in office
12 month contract

Has experience in multiple business areas and on multiple project types and can incorporate interdepartmental dependencies and impact into project.
Leads and coaches other business analysts at all levels.
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
Works under the direction of a project manager.
5 years experience in an Agile delivery environment is required.

Required Skillsets:

Great analytical, presentation, and documentation skills
Must have experience with MS Team, Webex, Slack and Miro, Jira and Confluence
Prefer bilingual (English, French)
Will be part of an agile team and must know how to work in this type of model.
Expected to attend office 2 days week or otherwise directed by Manager
