Responsibilities:

Eastlink has an exciting opportunity in the Affiliate Services Group. The Affiliate Services Group is responsible for managing the relationship with all video content and channel providers.

We are the primary point of contact into Eastlink for vendors wishing to distribute video services (Linear, Video on Demand and TV Everywhere).

The department is responsible for negotiating and managing all video contracts for the supply of high-quality television programming and is responsible for managing the video cost of goods sold.

The video content distribution business is dynamic with lots of opportunity to add value for the right individual in the Eastlink Affiliate Services Group.


Reporting to the Director, Affiliate Relations, the Manager, Affiliate Relations will be accountable for building vendor relationships and the negotiation and management of various video distribution contracts with TV affiliates.

The Manager will be a key contributor in the affiliate strategy and contract planning process, as well as being responsible for tracking video performance, contract rights and the video content roadmap.

They will act as a point-of-contact for affiliates and TV networks to assist with inquiries related to Eastlink video networks and systems.

This position will also support various aspects of managing video costs, including assisting in budget processes and the preparation of reporting and special projects as required.
