Opportunity
MacEwan University is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support III for a full-time continuing opportunity with our Student Affairs department.
Reporting to the Manager, Student Success, you will provide administrative support to Wellness and Psychological Services (WPS), Student Affairs Reception, and the department's central administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and ordering general office supplies;
- Coordinating officerelated tasks such as facility and keycard requests, office moves, and tech support inquiries;
- Records management for WPS;
- Assisting in booking and managing centralized calendars;
- Coordinating, preparing and scheduling WPS weekly and annual meetings, including arranging room bookings;
- Managing Initial Consultation appointments;
- Managing group counseling packages;
- Supporting Pcard reconciliation tasks;
- Coordinating logistics for guest speakers;
- Assisting in conducting biannual clinician and group surveys for WPS; and
- Providing Student Affairs reception desk coverage.

- High computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Working knowledge with PeopleSoft;
- The ability to exercise judgment and discretion; and
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a twoyear postsecondary diploma.
- A minimum of three years' experience in an increasingly responsible administrative or relevant capacity, preferably in a postsecondary environment.
- Equivalences may be considered.
