Position Highlights

Our Strategic Sourcing department is currently seeking Junior Buyer to join our growing team. Working in a team environment,

this position is primarily responsible for the governance of the corporate acquisition policy as it relates to SAP Contracts,

Purchase Orders, and three quote bid processes.

Position Requirements

Applicants must have an understanding of, and be familiar with, the following:

  • Relevant corporate policies and procedures, such as Corporate Acquisition Policy, Privacy, Corporate Law, Competition Law
Policy.

  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable trade agreements.
  • Relevant systems such as SAP SRM, Shopping Cart, Excel, Word, SharePoint.
  • Understanding of SAP contract and PO Workflows for ISD, Facilities, Professional Services, Warehousing, Forms and
Publishing.

  • Understanding and some experience in obtaining vendor quotes, evaluations and contract negotiations for small and low value
scale purchasing.
