Job purpose
This role resides in the Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Team within Global Liquidity and Funding Management in Group Treasury.

Global Liquidity and Funding Management is responsible for managing liquidity and funding risk for the Bank. This includes liquidity reporting, analytics, strategy, and stress testing.


Liquidity Regulatory Reporting is focused on reporting and management of regulatory liquidity metrics, including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Net Cumulative Cash Flow (NCCF), H4 Pledged Collateral Report, OSFI Supplemental Information Return, and US FR2052 report.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Producing segmented liquidity metrics to inform funds transfer pricing process
  • Supporting funding decisions and management actions by producing timely and high quality forecasts of various liquidity metrics
  • Participating in the production process of the various Enterprise liquidity metrics
  • Liaising with key business partners including funding desks, funds transfer pricing, business lines, Global Risk Management, Internal Audit and Global Risk Technology
  • Other routine and ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business. Professional designation (CFA/FRM/CPA), either attained or working towards, desirable
  • Minimum of five years' work experience in the banking industry with a focus on treasury, capital markets or regulatory reporting
  • Comfortable working with large Excel spreadsheets
  • Prior knowledge and experience with regulatory liquidity metrics preferred
  • Quick learner, hardworking, detailoriented, collaborative
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
